Excellent value for money
Bought this to replace a Miele induction cooktop that was too expensive to repair. Basically I can buy one of these every 2 years (warranty period) if it fails and still be in front for 14 years! Plus Its got WAY bigger fans, more power, more flexibility in usage areas and is really easy to use. Loving it.

Is a good price for product. Appliances online were very quick at delivery as well.

Wow, where do I start. I have not used it very long yet, but it appears to be a very decent product. And for this price (compared to most others) you just can't go wrong (of course assuming it does not fail, which it hasn't). This is one of the powerful induction cooktops around and I do like the space I have available as well. Most others are always a compromise on which pots and pans I can use at the same time; not this one, it all just fits. Overall: Love it.
The only negative issue is the manual. It is clearly a translation and contains many errors. Not as bad as many Chinese translations though. A "proper" English manual would be appreciated.

Two months in and still learning about…

Two months in and still learning about induction cooktops. Less than a minute to boil a medium sized pot of water... got to be happy with that. Found an old large pot worked several times then we got an error message. We decided arguing with a pot was probably a waste of time so shouted ourselves a new one that has been behaving.

Great deal for a 5 hob cooktop

What a great price for a 5 hob induction cooker with so much flexibility. Shipped quickly and with no issues. Cooktop went in easily and has been smashing out meals for the last 3 months. Can recommend!

It has been months since I made this purchase (start of Feb 2024) and it is still yet to arrive (April 2024) at this point.

There was no communication to explain these wait times, much contrary to the ‘3-5 day’ estimated arrival time suggested at the time of purchase.

I have had to prompt communication about the ETA (which keeps getting pushed back) and am at the point of wondering if the entire product / company is a scam. I would not recommend purchasing with this company based on my bad experience.
