Our head office and Showroom is located at Unit 19 / 20-28 Maddox Street, Alexandria NSW 2015. This is where our customer service centre is based with a team of experts ready to assist you.

You can purchase directly from Linärie Appliances or across different e-commerce channels in Australia.
Where can I see the showroom of Linärie Appliances?

Where are Linärie's products made?
Linärie’s brand and products are conceptualized and developed in Australia, and manufactured in China. All of our products are imported to our Australian warehouses before being sold to you.
Does Linärie Appliances sell secondhand or refurbished products?
No. We only sell brand new products backed by a full Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Are Linärie Appliances also suitable for use in a commercial context (hotels, restaurants, etc? )
No. Linärie Appliances are only intended for use in private households.

How can I pay for my order online? Does Linärie Appliances support Buy Now, Pay Later options?
When placing your order online, you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ShopPay, Apple Pay, GPay, and UnionPay. We also have flexible ‘buy now, pay later’ options including Afterpay.
What if I ordered the wrong product?
You must contact us first within the 10 days exchange period. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or live chat. More information on our refund policy here.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If you notice an appliance has been delivered to you in a damaged condition, you must report it to our customer service team at hello@linarie.com including photos/videos of the damage, within 10 days from the date of delivery.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
You will receive an email confirmation once our accounts department processes the refund. The funds will take 3-5 business days to return back to the account you initially paid with. More information on our refund policy here.

What if the product I wish to purchase is not in stock?
Please contact one of our friendly representatives either via email or live chat and they will be able to check the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of the stock. In case you have an urgent timeline, our product experts can recommend similar products in stock.
Where can I find the product manual and spec sheet?
Get the latest manuals, specsheets and installation videos HERE or find them directly in the product page.
Note: accessories do not have dedicated user manual or specsheet. You may find detailed information in their respective product page.
Where can I buy accessories and spare parts for Linärie Appliances?
You can purchase accessories directly from Linärie Appliances.
In the event a spare part is needed, and your appliance is within the 24-month parts and labour manufacturer's warranty, please contact us at hello@linarie.com for support.
Do the products come with Australian plugs?
Yes. The entire range of products for Linärie Appliances has its respective Australian certification abiding by the national regulation and comes with compatible Australian plugs.

Does Linärie Appliances deliver to my location?
We deliver to 95% of Australians, so we probably deliver to you! To check if we deliver to your postal address, proceed to checkout and type your postcode.
Note: We’re unable to deliver to PO (Post Office) Boxes.
Where is my order being dispatched from?
We will typically deliver your order from the warehouse closest to your delivery address. We have our products ready to be dispatched from warehouses in NSW, VIC, WA, QLD, and SA.
- If you live in the ACT – stock will come from the NSW warehouse.
- If you live in TAS – unable to deliver; if you can pick up from Melbourne, please message us via chat or email.
- If you live in NT – unable to deliver; if you can pick up from Brisbane or Adelaide, please message us via chat or email.
Note 1: In case of stock availability in your state, next day delivery is possible. Please message us via chat or email to inquire on stock availability.
Note 2: Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
Can I track my order?
Tracking of your order via email will depend on the transport company. Some transportation companies offer tracking services and others do not. If tracking your order via email is crucial, please message us via chat or email to inquire.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Once your product order has been processed and is ready to be dispatched from the warehouse, you should receive it between an average of 8-15 days, depending on your location. Please check Shipping Policy page for more detailed information.
If I place my order over the weekend, when should I expect for it to be delivered?
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed for delivery and shipped the subsequent week.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address from the billing address?
Your order will be delivered to the selected address per order. This address does not have to match the billing address. You can send the orders to your family, friend’s or office if you are not at home during the day.
Can I add delivery instructions?
To add delivery instructions, you will need to contact one of our friendly representatives either via email or live chat.
What time can I expect my order to arrive?
We usually deliver during business hours, but sometimes it’s as early as 6:30am or as late as 7pm.
Does Linärie Appliances charge for delivery?
To check if we deliver to your postal address and how much it will be, proceed to checkout and type your postcode.
Does Linärie Appliances provide a delivery time frame?
We partner with third party delivery companies, and the drivers typically call you when they are 30 minutes away and when they have arrived. If you are one of the first deliveries of the day, the drivers will contact you as they’re leaving the warehouse, giving you as much notice as possible.
How will my delivery driver contact me?
The drivers will text you on the mobile number you provided when placing your order.
What happens if I am not home when the driver attempts to deliver?
The driver will contact you, advising they will have to move on, and we will attempt delivery on the next available day that suits you.
I need to reschedule my delivery. How do I change my delivery date or amend my delivery details?
To adjust or edit your delivery details or date, please send us an email or message via the chat.
Can someone accept my delivery on my behalf?
Yes, someone can accept your delivery if you are unable to, as long as you notify us before or even on the day of delivery. The person accepting your delivery will need to provide a valid photo ID and will need to sign for the product. If possible, please also provide the mobile number of the person taking delivery, just to make sure everything runs smoothly for you and our drivers.
I need my appliance to be professionally installed, will this affect the delivery date?
Yes. Installation that requires one of our certified plumbers, electricians, carpenters, or gas plumbers affects the date for delivery, as they get booked out.
Do you offer a removal service for the old appliance I’m replacing?
In metropolitan areas and selected regional centres where Winning Appliances deliver with their own trucks, you can also request that we remove your old appliance for recycling.
Note: the old appliances being removed must be similar to the new appliance being delivered, and it must be fully disconnected from any power, water or gas supplies (gas disconnections must be performed by a licensed plumber) prior to our arrival.
What if I change my mind before delivery and no longer need the appliance I have ordered?
If your product has not been dispatched from the warehouse, we can cancel your order and process a full refund. Alternatively, if you wish to change the product to something else prior to the product being dispatched from the warehouse, we can change your order for you, and you will either pay the difference if the new product is more expensive or we will refund you the difference if it is cheaper! Just contact one of our friendly representatives either via email or live chat.

Linärie Appliance offers a parts and labor manufacturer's warranty?
Yes. The entire product range is backed by the standard parts and labor manufacturer's warranty, which includes a 24-month coverage from the time of purchase. For more terms and conditions, see our Warranty Page.
How to get a parts and labor manufacturer's warranty extension on my Linärie Appliance?
Linärie offers a six-month extension on your parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for the entire range of appliances* when it is registered within ten days from purchase. Extending the warranty by six-months gives a total warranty period of 30 months. For more terms and conditions, see our Warranty Page.
