Super happy with this little dishhand; so far, so good! It’s not the quietest, but honestly, not having to do dishes anymore is a win… just shut the door and relax.
A few bits of cutlery are a tad tall, but tilt them and they fit fine. The cutlery rack could use slightly wider spacing, though. Filling the tank is super easy, and the delay start feature is brilliant; waking up to clean dishes is a game changer.
Customer service was fantastic too; friendly, helpful, and genuinely human. They even helped me track down a “missing” plastic stopper (turns out it was in the filter assembly! Oops ;)).
I haven’t had it long, but so far I’m really impressed and hope it stays that way. If you can’t fit a full-size dishwasher, this is a great alternative. It won’t take large dinner plates, but it still fits a surprising amount of dishes.
